Adult Counselling and Bereavement Services

Bereavement support and counselling through one-to-one and group open to anyone in the Highlands bereaved by any cause of death. These can be a mix of talking, creative and active sessions. We offer information sessions to help you make sense of your grief and can signpost to find you the right support for you.

The service works on a referral system. We accept referrals from anyone, but ask that the person being referred is aware.
